I wouldn’t recommend until 15 weeks or so. I wasn’t able to clearly hear my babies heart till after 15 weeks. There’s main arteries going through your tummy and with the Doppler it sounds like a heart beat almost so many people think that’s it when it‘s not. I don’t think it’s a good idea until later because some women freak out if they can’t find it and think somethings wrong or they count the heart beat and think it’s way to slow/fast and get worried. I now use mine here and there maybe twice or week or so just for peace of mind.

Just don’t use a lot I mean I don’t see any harm. But I couldn’t find anything till about 12 weeks. Just depends some people can earlier. But a lot of people get confused with there’s and the placenta beating. And not the baby. So make sure you know first. (Before you get to excited lol) I did that. But I literally never used mine. Friend uses her couple times a week for I longer than 10 mins.
