Trying to get pregnant

My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant since July 4th 2015 which is when we got married and still have not been able to get pregnant what and alls our fertility doctor told us at our appt was to take my temperature on a daily basis and take ovulation tests til I get a positive result which we’ve been doing and I got a positive ovulation result on Christmas eve and we had sex that night but now I’m severely bleeding he has a very low spermcount and I have very low progesterone what else can we do to help us get pregnant we’ve tried literally everything under the sun and nothing helps
