Suddenly short of breath and tightness in the chest

I’m not sure if it’s pregnancy related or not but I’ve never had this feeling in any pregnancy. I cant think of any reason it would come on suddenly like this but it’s aggravating and a bit scary. I can’t just go to the hospital because I have a 7 month old too and I doubt I could carry her right now. I’m almost 22 weeks in this pregnancy and I’m wondering if others have had this problem and if it’s something I really need to get checked out. I don’t want to waste anyone’s time for nothing such as someone to watch the baby or the doctors. Please help.
