what do you do. ?

What do you do when you and your husband have two totally different parenting styles.

my husband is more if a let them do what ever type of thing. we doesn't care when his daughter talks back to him or is rude to other people. he things that she needs to be that way that way when she is older she won't ever get bullied. me on the other hand I'm more of a strict one..I watch what I say around my baby and my step daughter and tell him to not say certain things around them but he purposly does it and says it loud so they can hear. I can irratated and frustrated that we can never be on the same page. ive tried talking to him but he has made it clear that he will never be that parent.
