Not my announcement anymore 😢

Sorry long post, need to vent.

I’m currently 11w 1d we where going to announce it on Thursday when I get my genetic results, but I had a friend figure out I was pregnant and she told all her family and I wasn’t ready to tell many people yet. I was about 7w when we where at a theme park with the kids and we where at lunch, I grab a salad thinking that’s safe, we all sat down to have lunch and it was very soggy and looked like it’s been there for a long time, even the cucumber was awful and soggy, I said I couldn’t eat it, she suggested I get a fresh one with chicken then I said I can’t eat chicken from here, she says omg your pregnant ain’t you? well I couldn’t hide it, her husband was next to her, my husbands bff, my husband at the time was talking to other friends who came on the other side of the table, I told them not to say anything because I need to get more tests done to make sure since I had MC last time, I also told them not to tell hubby they know because he wasn’t sure how to feel about it since our 2 boys are 9 & 10 and we weren’t expecting this and he wasn’t the happiest. FAST FORWARD to today, my husband is out at our friends house with their family and I get a message, did you tell one of our friends because all the cousins are saying congratulations, I told him what happened and he said ok, I said the reason why I didn’t tell him was because he wasn’t the happiest and keeps saying how we are going backwards and we are not going to ever get to do anything. I know I was probably wrong not telling him but I thought he would get upset, he doesn’t seem 100% happy when I talk about peanut. I’m really upset they couldn’t keep a secret and her husband is supposed to be godfather, I have not much say because he is hubby’s BFF and he was best man at our wedding and it’s tradition. Sorry had to vent. 😤😢
