Prenatal vitamins

I’m 5 weeks today, ill in hospital with severe fever and sickness and badly dehydrated. Been in a few days now.

My prenatals are at home and I’ve told my dad where they are but he can’t find them so I haven’t been taking them since Wednesday I am a high risk pregnancy due to bicornuate uterus with full septum and had two consecutive miscarriages..

Will I be ok for a week without my vitamins? I’ve asked the Drs for them and they said no they don’t give them out even though I’m on early pregnancy ward and no one will go out and buy me some.

I can’t eat or keep it down when I do even on anti sickness so I’m not getting any nutrients at all
