Is a bit of brown discharge normal?

I’m ridiculously early in my pregnancy 4 weeks tomorrow! And yesterday I had a small amount of brown tinged discharge and a little bit when I wiped... is this normal?? I’ve had no other symptoms at all.

I hate being “that guy” but my brown spotting at 4 weeks 3 days turned into ectopic. It’s life threatening. It’s worth a call/ultrasound. 💙

I had brown spotting from 4 to 5 and a half weeks that turned to red spotting. Everything was fine, doctor said it was most likely from implantation. I have had no other spotting since and I am now 24 weeks and 3 days with a healthy baby boy. It’s surprising how many people spot/bleed in the beginning. Good luck and congratulations! ❤️

You should be just fine I’m 5!weeks and 5 days and two days ago I had very ligh pink only when wiped but gone completely now. Someone said before it’s just your body cleaning the period You should have had but because you’re pregnant it’s just spotting. If that makes any sense. And congratulations healthy baby.

It can be normal and ok, but not always. Call your doctor if you’re concerned.
