Came out of vagina-no pics but maybe you can help?

Sooo last night I had sex with my ex for the first time in a month. After when I went to take a pee I was bleeding heavy (had my period last week) and when I wiped this very small thing came out, it looked like two grayish kidney-shaped things connected by what looked like red hair strands (but definitely wasn't when I tried to snap them). This morning I'm still bleeding heavy. I have a history of ovarian cysts and that's all the context I have haha. Any ideas?
