ttc with irregular periods (tracking help)
just got my nexplanon removed last Thursday (Jan 4) really excited to try for a baby. but I've never had a regular period so I'm not sure how to go about the tracking process. I can go multiple months without a period then have a heavy one then go a month without then have a light one. what's the best way to track when's the best time to have sex if I'm not sure?!
