Hips hurting
I was wondering if any other women experience pain in their hips? I have been having soreness in my hips, that wraps around to my lower back. It makes it uncomfortable to sit, lay down, or walk. It isn't like an agonizing pain, it's more like when I used to belly dance, and I would wake up sore the next morning, but I haven't been exercising lately.
