Does this sound like a possible pregnancy? Advice plz!?

Question

Ok so my period is supposed to start on the 14th but for the past 2 maybe 3 days I’ve been cramping pretty bad and having pretty bad back pain. No tender breasts but nausea here and there and Crazy mood swings. I took a pregnancy test last night and it was negative should I take another one if I miss my period? 
Ps. My periods aren’t regular and I’ve never missed a period before. I normally cramp 1-2 days before my period not a week before! 
Pss. I recently started taking prenatal vitamins to help my chances

Sounds more like your period is coming than pregnancy to be honest. You said you are not regular so maybe your period is just coming early. If your period isn't due until the 14th it is way too early to be testing...there isn't a single pregnancy test out there that would give you a positive this soon as implantation probably hasn't even happened yet. It's really really easy to symptom shop when you're trying to conceive. If you aren't already doing so I highly recommend downloading a fertility app like Ovia to track your periods and give you insight into your fertile days. Good luck :)
