constipation?
I found a cure for constipation! And doesn’t give me heartburn either! Bonus! Thank goodness! Chicken stock, kale, carrots, okra, little turmeric, whatever spices/herbs you like plus an onion/bellpepper/garlic for flavor. Works wonders every time I eat it! Pleasant poo! A one wiper 😂
