I have a horrible headache I'll be 30 weeks prego tomorrow is it safe to take 2?

I wouldnt take extra strength I would take regular acetaminophen. I have horrible headaches while pregnant to and I googled that this is alittle better than Tylenol and a lot better than Tylenol extra strength. But I'm sure you both will be fine either way. Feel better
