That's romance, baby! LOL

My husband and I have been married for almost five and a half years, together for seven and a half total. When we met and were first married, there was no flatulence, no burping, no untoward bodily noises. I was prim, to say the least. I still am to a large degree, but fast forward to today and I am laughing my head off as my husband makes pretend farting noises, complimenting himself on his prowess. "That was a good one!" The squelchier sounding the better, it seems.

Marriage has romantic moments for sure, but the longer we do this, the more I find that a lot of time in a marriage is spent being completely ridiculous together and laughing at moronic things that would have been agonizingly embarrassing at one time.

Marriage - it is truly just spending life with your best friend, finding joy in the most mundane things. lol That's the real romance. 😂😊
