How do you keep removed nipple piercings clean?
I removed my nipple piercings about 4 years ago and ever since I have a buildup of soap, lotions, shampoo, and conditioner that I have to squeeze out the holes on the side where my piercing used to be, it also comes out of the top/front of the nipple itself. Since I plan to breastfeed, how can I clean out the holes completely so that none of this stuff gets to my baby?
