help?

So the other day I had a short but heavy flow come out of nowhere and end very shortly the same day. I have never bled between periods and this really concerns me since my period is not for another two weeks or so.

I had sex a few days ago but I don't think it had anything to do with it. But recently I have had a loss of appetite and I am not motivated and just exhausted.

help?
