guinea pig experts help me!

so I let my guinea pig free range around my apartment, and I keep everything pig proofed because of it. but when I was cleaning I found one of those packets of juice mix that's made from cherry and pomegranate, it's basically a vitamin c drink. the package was opened but there was still most of the contents left inside. usually my pig is very lively in the morning and can't wait to eat, but this morning she just sat there, didn't make any noise. she seems to be eating small amounts of hay and lettuce, and she's running around. I know vitamin c is water soluble, meaning the excess can be peed out, but do you think there's something wrong with her?
