Always on speaker

Im 19 & my bf is 21 & he always has me on speaker when i call him & I think it’s annoying bc why do people have to hear our conversation? What if im telling him something personal one day? but he says im making a big deal outta nothing. & also when i call him he’s playing his stupidass video game & I have to repeat what i say because since he’s too busy playing he doesn’t hear what i say. Were expecting our baby in may & I honestly think he has to grow up a little. Opinions plz.....
