THIS CAME OUT OF ME?!?!?

This came out of me right now I'm on my period . Which is weird because my period was supposed to start on the 11th but started on the 7th. Sorry for the gross picture . Pretty severe cramps but I usually have bad cramps. Had another piece come out shortly after this one but smaller .

Also I've been sick lately also . Which I never get sick but I figured it was cause of my period.
