How long have you went without a period?

UPDATE II: so this is way late but long story short my ultrasound came back normal as well but my period didn't start until medication was involved. I went 118 days without a period and then had a heavy period for 19 days. It was awful; worse cycle ever! So I started my birth control (off-brand Loestrin) and have pretty much spotted the entire time. What is everyone else's BC experiences? I'm hoping this will regulate me as this is the main purpose for taking it.

UPDATE: So apparently my thyroid is functioning properly and my hormones levels are not abnormal. I missed my ultrasound appointment so I'll be going tomorrow afternoon.

ORIGINAL POST: So I'm currently on my 98th day of my cycle, according to Glow. In the past 98 days, I've only spotted once. This is the longest I've ever went w/o a period. I've been to the doctor and am currently waiting on blood tests. I have an ultrasound appointment on Thursday. I'm still getting BFN on my hpt and I'm using them as directed. It's so frustrating. At this point I just want to know WTF is wrong with me.
