Is this common for twin moms
My twins are 14months and I used to be a side sleeper , however since giving birth I wake up with discomfort i mean to a point I can’t even turn over or get up as my hips and back are aching so much ... my pregnancy was the best no complications, had the girls naturally. Just seems like all the issues are happening AFTER ... Any twin moms feeling the same??
