Hoping it’s a good thing

I have had steady temp of 97.5 since ovulation. (A little lower then normal but above cover). Then 7dpo I woke up really sick. Felt like the flu coming on. Woke up completely stuffed up, nauseous, felt like throwing up, couldn’t eat, fever slightly up to 99. As the day went on and evening came I felt fine. 8dpo temp was 97.9 and today 9dpo temp is 98.2. I’m really hoping this is promising. Anyone have insight or just wait and test at the appropriate time?
