IUD Friday...*SUPER NERVOUS*

Hey everyone! So I’ve been thinking about it for a long time, I’ve done all the research, talked to my OBGYN, and I’m getting the Merina Coil inserted on Friday!

I’m really excited, but I also have anxiety and I’m freaking the f**k out. Please, can everyone send me some positive energy 💜 I could use every bit of it. And if anyone has any tips about how to lessen the pain, or some positive Merina stories, I’d really appreciate them. I know some people have nightmare stories about it, but that’s the same with any drug or IUD, and I really don’t need that negativity on my mind right now. Thank you loves! 💜💜💜
