When your boss is scandalous..

And gets you to take sick days in order to fire you after 2.5 years..

What to do? What type of position should I go after?

Pissed and a little lost on where to go from here. I know women on here have a ton of great ideas! Please give me all the ideas!!

Me & my experience:

I'm 30 and have been working since I was 15. My experience since I turned 18 has been in sales, management (both a team of employees up to a team of 12 & clients up to 600 at one time), and adminstration.

I'd like to stay more in sales and management and have a good income. Any ideas of yes of positions to go for? The company I was just with was a commercial collection agency and I'm wanting to go away from the industry.
