Discharge making me itchy?

Last night I was wearing kinda tight pj bottoms around the house. My groin area (the crease of my leg part? lol) got pretty sweaty and started to itch kinda bad. I also noticed I've so much discharge at the moment, it's sort of just wet and creamy (not chunky or anything like a yeast infection). Was it just from the tight trousers? I always wear leggings ect.
