Vertical sleeve or gastric bypass and pregnant
Anybody on here that has had vertical sleeve or gastric bypass surgery and is pregnant if so how long did you wait before getting pregnant, have it been hard getting any good proteins and vitamin or any food at all any pointers or advice would be great
