Early signs?
Ok ladies, I’m 10 dpo have minor cramps, lower tummy feels for lack of a better word, full and have some wateryish discharge going on. Basically I feel like I’ve gotten my period all day long but when I wipe there’s nothing. Is this a good sign? I took a test this morning but it was negative. Hoping it’s just too soon!
