Spotting issues please help

Hey there..

so i’m always spotting.. sometimes few days before af sometimes right after ovulation and up to af.. usually after Bm or Sex sorry tmi..

I was wondering if someone had this and still got a bfp.. or discovered she has a problem in the uterus.. i have a deep scan early February..

For example this month i started spotting 2 dpo.. pink.. or brown pink.. now im 6 dpo and spotting on off.. does it mean i’m out like all the previous months? Is it possible to be out immediately after ovulation? Because maybe the egg was not fertilized..
