Help, has anyone experienced this?

So I’m taking trinessa and have been on the pill now for 5 months. I take it the same time everyday(7pm) without fail, I always keep it on me. AT MOST 40 minutes late and that’s only happened twice since I’ve been on it. My boyfriend hasn’t been pulling out since I’ve been on the pill and I’ve gotten my period so far as expected. We went on Christmas break on Dec 14th so I didn’t have sex the rest of the month and I git my period as scheduled. I just got off it Sunday, and we had sex Monday night. (Still on the pill ofc) last night I woke up at 4am with the worst migraine only on my right side and threw up. Today I still feel kind of sick, head hurts, stomach hurts a bit. Could this be a side effect of the pill even though I’ve been on it for 5 months already? Is there any chance I’m pregnant or is it still too close to tell?
