Ovulation Pain?

Hello!!

I’m kinda preoccupied... well my periods irregular and it hasn’t come since June 2017. Since then, every month I get cramps/pain and moody. But my period doesn’t come. Also, when i get those pains, some “sticky” fluid comes out. I’ve read its probably the ovulation. Is it normal to get ovulation pain? Or could it be something else? I am trying to go to a dr. but they don’t answer. Also... i recently had sex for the first time... could it mean something?
