Piercing help?

I’ve gotten my nose pierced 3 different times and every single time it got infected and started looking weird. I cleaned it everyday and made sure i didnt touch my face but no matter what i did my nose would either get dark around the hole (not normal dark like super nasty looking dark) or i’d get a bubble over it. How do you successfully keep your nose piercing looking good without infections or bubbles? I been thinking since i tried 3 times maybe its just not meant to be but i REALLY want it. *Side note 2 out of 3 times the piercer used a gun which i have been told several times is the worst way to do it.*
