Drink ensure 😦 !!
Idk maybe it’s just me but drinking ensure really soothes my cramps. I drink at least one ensure plus a day because I am trying to gain weight, but if you’re willing to try this out and you’re not interested in gaining weight, I suggest having one regular ensure when you have cramps. They really take my pain away
