Best cup for a very heavy flow??
Hi all, I’ve been using cups for the past two years now, but recently got the copper coil IUD. As a result, my periods are MUCH heavier now and I can easily overfill my lena cup in under 4 hours for the first two days of my cycle. What are the best cups for heavy flows?
