round ligament pain?😫

I am 13 weeks and 4 days and I have had a constant pain in my lower right abdomen.. it goes all the way from my hip to down between my legs in my inner hip. it's continual and incredibly painful at times. is it normal for it to be a constant pain on just one side? anybody else had it this bad?

My RLP stays in my abdomen and pelvis area and can be very painful but my Sciatica goes from my back to my thigh straight through my hip! It can drop me to the floor if I’m not careful. Stretches help the pain but I haven’t found anything else. I’ve had to put up with it for 5 years now and it’s so much worse when pregnant!

I had my first intense ligament pain yesterday. Felt like the worst charlie horse behind my left hip going down to my inner thigh.  I was not expecting it to be so harsh.

I was brought to tears a few times, once stuck in bed unable to move because the shooting pain if I ever so slightly moved was excruciating. Even walking and having shooting pains for every few steps was annoying. Even Laying flat on the floor was a no no. I was recommended by my doctor to try yoga. She talked of maybe trying physical therapy too, but was very adamant on the yoga. Of course I never did yoga stretches because I was so tired when I got home from work and I still had to Mom(wish I did) It did get worse as the pregnancy progressed, and after delivering it took a few months to completely heal. I’m really hoping this pregnancy will be kind to me. But I’m only 11w3d and I feel a little of it coming on ugh.
