any idea?? TMI please leave a comment what you think is going on

So I am suppose to start AF Jan 15th. yesterday 1/9 and today 1/10 i had very very light pink/brownish spotting. it was only every now and then when i would wipe (TMI pics below) and now it seems to have gone away. i never get comments back, but does anyone have any idea what is going on?

i am very dizzy, and feel nauseous, like a lump in my throat nauseous and random sharp shooting pains in my lower and upper back. i have a few other symptoms but idk if i am just reading to much into them. So if anyone, ANYONE has any suggestions to what it might be please let me know.
