Inverted nipples, help 😬

I've just started dating a 21 year old, I'm 18 and I've previously been in a long term relationship before, where as he has never dated anyone before. I'm really self conscious about having inverted nipples and I wanna be as open as possible with him, but I'm just worried about his reaction considering boobs seem to be the thing he loves the most. So I'm wondering about whether I should just be open about it, or let him discover it on his own?
