Visiting the doctor..

On Monday I had unprotected sex and then later that day I started my period, then yesterday (Wednesday) my period stopped. I don’t know what this means but anyway if I go to the doctor in like two weeks and ask to talk to my doctor alone and tell her about this she can’t tell my parents right? And if I am pregnant and I decide I want an abortion she can’t tell them that either right? I live in Oregon and I know different places have different rules.
