FREEZE!

I consider myself a pretty sexual person. Not in a gross way but an average way. I want to have sex with my boyfriend, but I always feel really awkward initiating it. I know when he wants it and I want it, but I always freeze up when I have to make the first move, it usually wont happen unless he makes the first move - but I know he likes when I make the first move (on the rare occasion usually alcohol being involved) and I don’t want him to think I don’t want it... any advice on how to get over that “freeze up” when making the first move?
