Unusually Sensitive breasts

My period is due in ten days, however my breasts are really tender. I know it's normal when you're close to your period but I never get it this early and it's unusual for them to be this sensitive. Before my last period I did take the morning after pill and I read that this can mess with your cycle and hormones.

Has anyone had the same experience?

I just want to double check that this is normal and not something I should be concerned about.
