ANSWERS PLEASE !!!!?!?!?

My partner and I had sex the past 2 days I’m on Vitex to help regulate my period and ovulation I also used pre seed lubricant because I read nothing but good things about it and gave it a shot ! Today I felt a slight cramp in my lower left side of my stomach and I may be completely over exaggerating , I was just wondering. Could the cramp be an implantation cramp so early ! I’ve tried google I just couldn’t get a direct answer. Help please , also this is what my cycle looks like.
