How far along am I?

So I had a miscarriage at 6 weeks almost 7 weeks last month and I heard after you have a miscarriage you get pregnant like right away! So this pass Sunday I took a pregnancy test because I had that pregnancy instinct and come to find out I am pregnant. I never even got my period so I don't even know when I even ovulated. I'm so curious on how far along I actually am. I'm guessing at least 4 weeks because that's the earliest I've found out with my last 2 pregnacies. I have a phone appointment with the Doc tomorrow morning so I'm hoping she can tell me.
