Should I love him?

I’m with a really good guy right now. He’s sweet and he seems like he would do anything for me. He’s also older than I am by a decade, but we get along very well. The only thing is that he seems to have asked out or flirted with a lot of the girls that we have as mutual friends. We work together so, I know some of the girls we work with he’s asked out or flirted with. As well as some of our friends from the gym. And many more women that I don’t even know. I can tell he just wanted someone to love. But sometimes I feel like he loves me just because he wants a partner to love. Not because he genuinely loves ME. He’s at the age where a lot of his friends are already married or have kids, where as I am not. Is he in love with me because he is ready to find a wife or because he actually just loves me... I can’t tell. Any advice?
