40 + 4 weeks - Not lost mucus plug and no bloody show !!! Help 😥

I am 40 +4 days today with no baby in sight . Not lost my mucus plug and no bloody show yet . I had a sweep on my due date yet nothing . I had 2 irregular contractions in the last two days lasting only about 10 seconds , 10 mins apart for about 2 hours . I am really frustrated and I looking for ways to get things moving . p.S. husband needs to travel for work in 2 days and he has had to change his ticket already . I really pray he won’t miss the birth as I will be devastated to go through it alone . He has told me he would forfeit his ticket and possibly his job if he has to, I just pray she comes soon . Any advice would be really nice . Thank you ladies .
