What’s the difference between a facial trimmer and a razor?

Ok I know that one is specifically for the face. But my question is if I want to shave my face, like my mustache, my sideburns & my peach fuzz, what’s the difference between using something like the Panasonic women’s facial trimmer and any other razor like the ones used on legs? Please don’t judge me for being dumb, I’m just trying to find what would work best for my face because I’m too damn hairy 😂
