Should I take a pregnancy test?

I’m probably being super paranoid but hear me out.

2 months ago I missed the second pill in the pack and our condom broke. Although according to the pack missing one pill does not mean you need back up protection, I took plan B just in case, as it was early on in the pack. During my week of sugar pills I bled.

However I am concerned I could have bled even if I was pregnant because on birth control you don’t have a real period, just withdrawal bleeding.

My boobs have gotten bigger too. Should I take a test or am I over reacting?
