Any August moms suffering from acne/pimples outbreak??

Ive never suffered from problem skin, but its been 5 months since the baby my perfect skin turned into horror; I keep breaking out like mad, Ive heard there could be a short side effect from hormonal changes or whatnot, I stopped eatting meat, trying to be more healthy, anyone else experiencing this? (I dont breast feed nor take birth control pills)

My chin!!! It’s not really bad, but I have on average 2-4 pimples on my chin. And I know it’s hormones but idk what else to do for it... it was like this while I was pregnant too. Now with my period back.. it’s not helping during that time. 😫 Nothing works.

Mine isn’t horrible but still brutal. Just when my face clears up boom there’s 2 pimples! Like huge painful ones too. 😖😭

Do you ladies do anything about it? I know the problem is internally......... I did hear birth control pills help to stabilize your hormones, however in some cases makes you gain weight which I am terrified of.......

Yup. It’s horrible. I’ve always had good skin and it’s all over 😭
