IUD-Pain???

I got the IUD put in about a month ago, and everything was great. Till Tuesday, while I was cheerleading I started getting these horrible abdominal pains. They haven’t stopped since they started! I literally have tried so much to stop it, even pain relievers aren’t working much. To give y’all how much the pain hurts it’s like someone just grabbing something really hard squeezing, bending, and it’s sharp like there is knives. I’m not even suppose to start yet and I don’t know why it would come early I haven’t been stressed at all. I thought it might have been but no bleeding at all. What do y’all think?
