O.B dosent seem to be doing her job..

i just turned 38 weeks, she hasn’t even checked to see if the baby is still breech or not and doesn’t seem concerned about it. i thought my baby was supposed to drop by now and that they are supposed to check for that??? i go in weekly now and all she dose is check baby’s heart rate and my blood pressure. i asked her assistant about it and apparently i’m to early for my baby to drop yet? yet i’m seeing all the moms getting checked at 37 weeks and getting scheduled c sections because their baby is still breech at 37 weeks.. i’m starting to get paranoid
