Leg cramps anybody?!

Anyone else suffering from leg cramps at night or is it just me? 😢😢 shit hurts bad that it actually wakes me from dead sleep, laaaaaawd!

I had some that were so bad about a month and a half ago...my husband thought I was having contractions😂 drink plenty of water and try to stretch throughout the day. That’s the only advice I have, sorry!

been getting them the last few weeks. I get them while walking or standing. so uncomfortable.

just had one randomly while sitting on the couch an hour ago .. Damn!!! .. second one this pregnancy so far.. usually it only happens when i’m sleeping or just getting up and stretching .. all i have to say is drink lots of water!! ..

Yeass, random times and days will happen and my leg will ache for days/hours after as if I had a leg day at the gym 😩
