HATE being pregnant

I just need to vent for a minute. This is my second kid. I have a beautiful 2 year old little girl that is my whole world and soon to be having a little boy. This pregnancy has been extremely hard on my marriage and I can't help but just blame it on this baby and pregnancy. my husband and I usually have the best sex life, relationship etc. We are constantly laughing or joking or being silly like little kids but this pregnancy I have been soooo emotional and hormonal and self conscious and it's causing us to fight about every little thing. I have literally considered taking my daughter and going home to visit family until the baby arrives just so my husband and I don't fight. I know things will get better but I can't help but think the worst with our relationship and need some advice :(
